These Royals will ruin you…

From mortal enemies to unexpected allies, two teenagers try to protect everything that matters most.

Ella Harper has met every challenge that life has thrown her way. She’s tough, resilient, and willing to do whatever it takes to defend the people she loves, but the challenge of a long-lost father and a boyfriend whose life is on the line might be too much for even Ella to overcome.

Reed Royal has a quick temper and even faster fists. But his tendency to meet every obstacle with violence has finally caught up with him. If he wants to save himself and the girl he loves, he’ll need to rise above his tortured past and tarnished reputation.

No one believes Ella can survive the Royals. Everyone is sure Reed will destroy them all.
They may be right.

With everything and everyone conspiring to keep them apart, Ella and Reed must find a way to beat the law, save their families, and unravel all the secrets in their Twisted Palace.

---------------

Q: Are you trying to kill us?

No, but we love Ella so much and her adventures with the Royals that we needed to write this third book. You’ll see when you read it.

Q: Who’s in this book? And don’t say Ella!

Ella, the five Royal brothers, and a few more huge surprises.

REVIEW

Twisted Palace (The Royals, #3)

Twisted is a pretty good way to describe life for the characters in this series. The other two books were pretty dramatic like a soap opera. This installment is more like the daily life of a teen with something major hanging over everyone's heads and then a crazy finale.

TP is mostly Ella's story. For those who love the Royal men, like I do, you get glimpses of them of course. Through most of the storyline Ella is trying to find out who the killer is and handle having a father in the picture. There are romance, mystery, coming of age and revelation bits. Fans of the series should definitely see how it all ends.

Broken Prince by Erin Watt Review

These Royals will ruin you…

From wharf fights and school brawls to crumbling lives inside glittery mansions, one guy tries to save himself.

Reed Royal has it all—looks, status, money. The girls at his elite prep school line up to date him, the guys want to be him, but Reed never gave a damn about anyone but his family until Ella Harper walked into his life.

What started off as burning resentment and the need to make his father’s new ward suffer turned into something else entirely—keep Ella close. Keep Ella safe. But when one foolish mistake drives her out of Reed’s arms and brings chaos to the Royal household, Reed’s entire world begins to fall apart around him.

Ella doesn’t want him anymore. She says they’ll only destroy each other.

She might be right.

Secrets. Betrayal. Enemies. It’s like nothing Reed has ever dealt with before, and if he’s going to win back his princess, he’ll need to prove himself Royally worthy.

REVIEW

Broken Prince (The Royals, #2)

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Book one left me having to know what happened next. I’m normally not into soap opera drama, but this series is addictive. The lengths the characters go to continuously surprise me.
I like all the Royals more after reading Broken Prince. They all already intrigued me, but now I’ve fallen for their special brand of dysfunction. The Royals have completely ruined me, and I have a crazy case of the hot’s for them (and their madness). Seriously this should be a TV show. It did an amazing job of riling me up again and again. The biggest shocker is that ending. Good grief! I need the third installment like yesterday. I have absolutely no idea what the world they’re going to get up to next.

Paper Princess by Erin Watt Review

“This generation’s Cruel Intentions.” Jennifer L. Armentrout, #1 New York Times Bestselling Author

From strip clubs and truck stops to southern coast mansions and prep schools, one girl tries to stay true to herself.

These Royals will ruin you…

Ella Harper is a survivor—a pragmatic optimist. She’s spent her whole life moving from town to town with her flighty mother, struggling to make ends meet and believing that someday she’ll climb out of the gutter. After her mother’s death, Ella is truly alone.

Until Callum Royal appears, plucking Ella out of poverty and tossing her into his posh mansion among his five sons who all hate her. Each Royal boy is more magnetic than the last, but none as captivating as Reed Royal, the boy who is determined to send her back to the slums she came from.

Reed doesn’t want her. He says she doesn’t belong with the Royals.

He might be right.

Wealth. Excess. Deception. It’s like nothing Ella has ever experienced, and if she’s going to survive her time in the Royal palace, she’ll need to learn to issue her own Royal decrees.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE BOOK

Q: Is this really a YA?

We recommend this for young adult readers, age 17 and up. We think it’s a book that will appeal to older teens and those adults who are in touch with their inner teen, like us.

Q: Is there a cliffhanger? I’ve heard there’s an awful cliffhanger! Why’d you write a cliffhanger?

We promise that we didn’t set out to write a cliffhanger, but Paper Princess does end in one. The good news is that the next book will be released July 25, 2016.

GET TO KNOW THE ROYAL MEN

Gideon: The eldest son. Loyal. Authoritative.  Gideon seems be torn between trying to escape the Royal curse and coming home frequently to save the people he loves.
Reed: Protective. Angry. Oh-so-angry. Reed, now being the oldest still at home, is the head of the Royal sons and his decrees carry weight in Astor Park Prep. He’s the most distrusting, but once you’ve earned his trust he will defend you to the end.
Easton: Charming. Playful. Unpredictable. Easton is a super lovable wildcard. He knows he can get away with pretty much anything and won’t let up until he does. His only real problem is not realizing that everyone, even him, has to have limits
Sebastian and Sawyer: Mischievous. Sullen. Interchangeable. The youngest of the Royals and in so many ways the same boy in two shells – the problem is you can never tell them apart. Though just as damaged as the rest of the Royals, they still have some innocence of youth… or do they?
Callum: Corrigible. Shattered. King. He doesn’t realize until it is too late just how distanced his sons are from him. He’s trying hard to close the gap between the Royal men – but always manages to tear them apart. He aims to find redemption, if he could only find his way out of the bottle…

REVIEW

Paper Princess (The Royals, #1)

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Paper Princess is labeled as YA by many, but I would not consider it that. Even though most of the characters are under age, it does have mature content. There aren't a lot of sex scenes, but what is there is too descriptive for me to not put this book in the new adult category.

I was so swept up in the plot that time seriously got away from me. At one point, I figured it was my bedtime so I looked at the clock, and it was only a couple of hours until time for me to get up the next morning! So yeah, it's one of those books.

Ella has been through a lot of hardship and heartbreak in her young life. She is definitely a survivor. When she's offered what looks like a free ride (plenty of food, clothes, a wonderful house, etc.), she takes the opportunity to stop living hand to mouth. But a posh life with the Royals isn't exactly the fairytale one would expect.

The Royals. Whew! All the Royal men have issues. I have a love-hate relationship with them, and I'm so intrigued with them too. Most of the guys are still in high school, but they're sinfully delicious and dangerous already.

That ending! Grrrr!!!
